All FRZN jewellery is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes:
- Stone loss due to setting issues
- Clasp or chain breakage from normal wear
- Plating defects outside of normal wear and tear

This does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Normal wear (minor scratches, plating fade over time)
